At Fragrance Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Fragrance
Carefully place the original, unopened perfume bottle in its retail packaging inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
